Yzobela’s work with parents focuses on building connection, while addressing the realistic challenges that clients are facing. As a long-time facilitator of parenting groups, she creates a judgment-free zone for parents to share and grow. She understands that every family's needs are unique and there is no "one size fits all" solution.
Yzobela has been supporting parents using strengths-based and evidence-based interventions for over a decade. As a mother of three, Yzobela has first-hand experience with the challenges of raising a family and supporting children to be their best selves.
Suzanne is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a private practice in Toronto. She provides therapy to adults and offers parenting support from a non-judgmental and accepting lens.

Suzanne's approach is greatly influenced by an attachment-based perspective that supports a deep and meaningful connection between parents and their children. She is also guided by her extensive training and interest in Mindfulness practices, Yogic philosophy and Buddhist psychology.
For over a decade, Suzanne worked with youth as a special needs educator in inner-city school settings. She is a mother of two and draws from her personal as well as professional experience to support parents with managing complex parenting challenges.
